The owner of Vantage Property Title Company, Andrew Cuevas, has been practicing real estate law in the State of Florida since 1993 and formed the law firm of Cuevas & Associates, P.A. in 1995. Along with experienced ownership and attorneys who work for the law firm related to Vantage Property Title, the closing managers of Vantage have combined experience of over 25 years in the real estate industry. We specialize in promoting professional real estate services by providing title insurance policies and related real estate transactions to domestic and international individuals and
businesses. We have been successful in handling multiple residential transactions throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County. We have also handled numerous commercial closings, on properties ranging from warehouses, commercial office buildings, hotels, industrial complexes, and vacant land to be utilized for commercial purposes. Through our combined experience, we have been able to assists hundreds of persons. We also have relationships with other real estate professionals to whom we refer our clients when they have issues related to their property, such as zoning issues.
Andrew Cuevas oversees our operations for both the West Miami and Miami Midtown offices. As a licensed attorney since 1993, he is also the managing partner for Cuevas & Associates, P.A., where he oversees the firm’s law departments.
Jose Garcia, senior associate at Cuevas & Associates, P.A., is involved in the complex commercial transactions we handle. His primary fields of practice are Community Association and Commercial and Real Estate Transactions/Litigation.
Jeannette Crato is a seasoned Real Estate and Civil Litigation Paralegal, with over twelve years of experience in the field of Real Estate. Jeannette has managed all facets of business and real estate transactions, including buying and selling of commercial and residential real estate, post-closing and preparation of final title and lender’s policies. Among others, Jeannette specializes in processing research and analysis of title examinations and abstracts; document preparation; title issue resolutions; issuance of title insurance policies; property conveyances and distributions. She has strong experience in working with developers and lenders in complex financing transactions involving both foreign and domestic investors, including but not limited to 1031 Exchanges and FIRPTA.
